Trucks360 a Truck & Equipment Procurement Group

Trucks360 connects prospects/buyers with specific trucks & equipment which may be available in the marketplace. When a commitment of purchase has been made between a buyer/seller our licensed sales person(s) completes the financial negotiation, agreements and contracts. We are not responsible for the any results should a buyer use any outside purchase arrangements.

Approved Financial Provider (AFP)

Truck and/or Equipment payments are accepted through an (AFP). ‘Approved Financial Provider’ is defined as a legitimate financial provider who is bonded and insured. An (AFP) ‘Approved Financial Provider’ may be a legitimate bank, approved online banking provider, credit union, lender or finance company.

Payments/Purchases/Deposits

All sales figures, financial negotiations, agreements and contracting are in US Dollars. Trucks360 does not accept foreign currencies or makes any currency exchange.

Payments/Purchases/Deposits may be accepted in the following forms:
  • A certified check from an AFP
  • Money/Wire or EBT funds transfer within said AFP’s.
  • US Currency/Cash accepted upon authentication by a bona fide banking institution.
    1. Cash deposits, cash records and reporting is made to our provider as needed
    2. Currency deposits and records may be reported as required by any State, or Federal agency.
  • (Financing) Certified Check from an AFP, outside lender or Financial Institution

Truck & Equipment Financing

Trucks360 may also assist clients to arrange financing for the purchase agreement. Once a connection has been made between the equipment and buyer. Clients may complete an application (available on our website) and submit it to Trucks360. Our Approved Providers may require credit and background checks. We then appropriate financing offers from lenders and financial institutions we have previously approved.


Step One - Getting Started


Buyer Information, Equipment Evaluation (form)

We take reasonable and responsible action to ensure the prospect/buyer of any trucks and/or equipment are bonafide, responsible parties, legally able, whether individual, owner, agent; official or elected; of an organization or municipality. Trucks360 may request and collecting information to ensure Trucks360 may better serve their needs now and in the future. This information may be used to pre-certify the prospect as a potential buyer. Trucks360 accepts no financial liability on behalf of our prospect/buyer.

Truck & Equipment Transportation

Transport of vehicles is arranged by Trucks360 through relationships of responsible Transport Specialists. Transportation is a Net Cost to the client unless otherwise indicated within the sales agreement and/or the finance contract. Trucks360 accepts no responsibility for vehicles in transit and strongly suggests our clients procure an appropriate amount of insurance for any loss which may occur.


We regularly buy equipment from anywhere in the United States. Our transportation partners can deliver anywhere, here are a few states we have delivered equipment to.





Compliance & Privacy

​Trucks360 will take reasonable technical and organizational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information. Trucks360 and our affiliates may store information you provide. We take precautions ensuring that no information will be used or otherwise sold for any outside or other marketing purposes.

Our privacy policy includes but is not limited to Federal and State level Acts and other financial security requirements. Including GLBA and Right to Financial Privacy Act.

Trucks360 may share information (upon approval) with our accepted financial providers to procure lending/financing. Upon written request we may share financial information with other financial/lenders.

We are not responsible for privacy policies or practises of any third party.

These provisions are universal in their application to all persons without regard to any differences of race, of color, or of nationality, and the equal protection of the laws is a pledge of the protection of equal laws.
