Equipment needs Evaluation

As you complete this buyer information and equipment evaluation form you may find it helpful for a Trucks360 to complete a 'dicovery'  with your employees who may have responsibility and involvement in your new vehicle. This evaluation will also help you and Trucks360 to make decisions about any aftermarket tool installations which may serve your business. Naturally, as you use this formula you may feel confident in you purchase knowing your equipment meets your company needs and goals.

May we suggest you also complete a loan application which may allow us to evaluate the market for potential financing options. As we procure and prepare your equipment we can outline and finalize your purchase.

We appreciate your confidence with the equipment and the purchase agreement. It gives us great pleasure knowing we meet and exceed your expectations. As you provide Trucks360 with crowning reference we kindly ask you to share your experience with other potential buyers.

Complete the evaluation, email it to chik@trucks360.website and we will appropriate a time to meet with your staff.

Valued Buyer
While your business is important to us we greatly respect an individual's time. With that in mind you may realize how important answers to these short simple questions must be. Having this data could be thousands of dollars difference for seemingly identical trucks. Yes, I respect your time, I believe this 10 minute interruption will naturally prove responsible and promote many purchasing benefits.

Cooperation with outside dealers/brokers
Trucks360 contracts with multiple brokers and dealers providing us a large selection of equipment for our clients. We couple our clients with equipment from multiple sources. Procuring equipment for demonstration to our client we strive to be respectful of our partner brokers and dealers equipment and their time requirements.

We provide this reasonable and respectful assurance to our partner broker/dealer(s). Trucks360 accepts no financial liability on behalf of our prospect/buyer.

Commitment - Equipment Broker of Record
As Trucks360 evaluates, prepares and presents (presents may include one or more of; introduces, provides an illustration and/or demonstrates product truck/equipment) Trucks360 shall be known as the equipment broker of record (written or implied). Thereby committing that Trucks360 will be award of sale for said equipment.

Rights of Commitment
Should the buyer  employ an outside salesperson and contracts on a Truck/Equipment previously presented by Trucks360, Trucks360 remains eligible to receive the commission. The buyer may be responsible to pay commissions to both parties.

Saving Money with Trucks360
We can easily demonstrate our selling price, contract and financial figures are competitive even where we appropriate a vehicle from an outside broker. Some consideration include; Trucks360 a virtual broker has very low overhead.

A broker/dealer may offer us lower wholesale price than what he books internally. Naturally, they may make more money wholesaling to Trucks360 than to sell the unit themselves due to all the expenses. Expenses such as bank ‘flooring,’ advertising, overhead, insurance. All these expenses create the need for attached fees. The ‘dealer pac’ (an arbitrary number attached to a dealers original purchase price), service department charge, accounting fees and the familiar ‘Doc fee’ or document charges’ which is prior to adding a profit margin, dealer incentive and management and sales people commissions.

Acceptance
As you review our proposals naturally finding each of them equitable you may realize how productive a relationship with us may be. We encourage your critique of our service and ask you for referrals. Providing us with referrals was easily worth an equitable agreement such as ours. Prior to accepting a proposal you may find you’d like to be prepared and evaluate how competitive our finance options may be among options you previously prepared.
